Which version of P90X are going to be doing? It sounds like with the extra workout, you will be doing your version of doubles. My first round will be over next Monday. I am excited. In my book just to complete P90X is a accomplishment. I will be able to say as they do in the video that I am a P90x grad! woo hoo!
I will post pics on my beachbody homepage next week. I don't think the changes are as drastic as I had hoped but I will say I am probably fitter then ever before. I plan on starting Round 2 of P90x on the 15 or possible the 22. I haven't decided yet. I hope to add a few days of extra cardio in there too, we shall see. Keep me updated on your progress and if you join the Beachbody website you can find me under the name of 1fitmimi. I think a link is in my signature! Best of luck and push play!

YES exactly, my version of Doubles I'm starting with the lean program(I want to get smaller and leaner) I completed Plyo yesterday.. WOW.. it was tough. I think I did pretty well keeping up, I did have to slow a bit a few times and cut a few reps short BUT I did it! Cardio today plus the gym this morning. I found last night that I was restless.. especially my legs and had some trouble sleeping, I'm wondering if it's the added activity, hopefully I will have a more restful night tonight.

Congrats on your soon to be completed first round! I am pretty stoked about this program myself, I look forward to seeing results and even though yesterday was tough I already know I'm going to enjoy the pace I felt fantastic after I was done LOL. I look forward to more of your updates it will certainly help to keep me motivated too!!

Well today is day 90 for me. I am finishing a couple of days late because i had a tummy virus thrown in there. I will do stretch tonight after work, that will be my 90th workout! wow! 90! It is an awesome workout. The informercials are very intemidating but they should be motivating. I am 46, I have never been athletic. my weight has yoyo'd most of my life. and I did it! I pushed play and did my best! If you have any questions ask away, I will do my best to answer!

It is easy to get all the workout names confused at first but won't be long til you will ahve the names as well as the routines down pat. I start Monday with chest & back and then abripper x. Classic has arx 3 times a week, I can't wait to have great abs, adn I bet that will get me there.

Keep pushing play and enjoy. Glad hubby is joining you !

Definitely a great job, like she said above.....your abs are looking awesome....HUGE difference. I have started to mix in P90x, hoping to be in good enough shape to do my 90 day challange in a month.

When I started the program I watched more of it then I was able to do, if you have the time in your schedule you should go ahead and give it a go.

This is cedrtainly true! Week 3 for myself and I find that I'm already able to do more, mostly the cardio stuff and the yoga stuff that I found hard to keep up with, at the end of the workout I'm sweating MUCH more than I was in week one!

You are on the right track then. You will find yourself able to do more and more. I think that is part of what keeps everyone doing the workout. We all strive to be able to make it thru the entired DVD every day.

I will say I never never did all of yoga, some poses I just couldn't get. Maybe I will manage it in this 2nd 90 days. Day 3 round 2 today! woo hoo.

Ok so I'm in wk 4 recovery now! I'm just happy to be HERE hehehe. I still cannot quite finish the Yoga.. I do however LOVE the Kenpo!! THAT is my favorite workout by FAR, it's just so darn FUN! That's what I have today. I think I have only made it to the gym 4 times in the last 3 weeks, so much for doubles I just find it tiring and if I go to the gym in the morning I don't think I get the bang out of P90 that I do when I don't attend the gym(sorry..crazy run on there)

Anyway the scale has been moving (knocking on wood there) so I am a happy camper this week I'm not sure if I notice a difference by eye (DH seems to think I'm shrinking) but I can certainly notice that my ability to complete or at least sort of keep up is getting MUCH better!

Hope your second round is going well!!
