That place that Allison posted for the extracts, the strawberry is really good! Better than the strawberry Torani syrup I had. Yum!

thanks for the followup! I still haven't ordered any yet. We haven't been having the shakes for awhile, but I want to start having one almost every day...

But stay away from the flavor powders -- a complete waste of money.

Yeah, I bought mostly powders and haven't really liked them.

I've still been having about one shake a day - but have been pretty stuck in a rut flavor-wise, chocolate plus anything else. But I've enjoyed adding either Amaretto, Peppermint Paddy, or Orange DaVinci syrup plus some cocoa powder. They all taste good to me. In fact I've used up my Amaretto and Peppermint Paddy!

I'm in a similar rut. I find I like the basic flavors the best. Like cocoa in chocolate or strawberry (with real strawberries). I haven't been really impressed with the more exotic flavors.

Hands down favorite: banana flavored whey, day after day. It's in the whey so I don't have to mix it in.

Others I've tried that I like: chocolate flavored whey with peppermint extract, vanilla whey with DaVinci black cherry syrup, vanilla or chocolate whey with coffee crystals.

Wierd but not bad: Da Vinci pumpkin pie spice syrup in plain whey.

I don't know if any of you have tried this yet, but it sure is yummy: I use the chocolate whey and put it in the blender, added a tbls or less of the Jello brand sugar free DRY butterscotch pudding mix, then added the heavy cream, water and ice cubes. Whip that up and Man O'Malley! Nice rich flavor! It hasn't effected my ketone levels at all, so I'm going to go and try other pudding flavors to add to the vanilla and chocolate as well! I'm getting a creamier, richer flavor than when I use the liquid flavorings.

Favorite flavorings? I liked the liquid strawberry I ordered. The powdered flavorings haven't been so great. I have a liquid butterscotch one too but I haven't tried it yet.

I love the DaVinci Peppermint Paddy and Orange flavored syrups. Amaretto is pretty yummy too. *Don't* get the Peanut Butter flavor. It's nasty.

I know everyone's given up on this long ago, but I'm still doing a modified version of it.

Here's one of my current favorite shake flavors:

1/2 cup strong decaf coffee
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
seeds of 8 green cardamom pods (grind them in advance if you don't have a high-powered blender)
1/4 cup eggwhite protein powder
1 tablespoon coconut milk
sweetener to taste

1 cup ice cubes

Well I'm only on day 9. I find I get hungry a lot. Did anyone discover how to make the shakes more filling! I'm ok with the basic strawberry, vanilla and chococlate flavoured powders I have

Just responded to you on the other topic: Do you add the two TBLS of heavy whipping cream to your shakes? The fat from that kept me full.
