Kelp supplements contain iodine. Don't over-do it though, too much iodine can make you hypothyroid.

Becky,

My wife just pulled some Pu'er tea bags out of the pantry that I forgot we had bought in Houston in Chinatown (Bellaire Blvd)... You can go to the Hong Kong Market, just south of Beltway 8 on Bellair Blvd. In the Market Square, the large grocery store in the center has a section in it with herbs and teas and herbal teas.. etc....

You can find the Pu'er bags there and I don't remember it being that expensive. The box we have had 100 tea bags and it is still not opened. Apparently, it got shoved in the back of our pantry and forgotten about... Also, at the same market, and in the same section, you can find bittermelon herbs that can be added into green tea (making your own blend of tea)... You'll appreciate all the variety of raw herbs and teas they have to offer. My wife was making me several blends before going to China and pretty much all of it came from that location in Houston...

good luck trying it... I cannot speak for the quality of the pu'er tea bags as I've never tried it, but was surprised to learn I already had it here at home...
