nope. No pics.I am a shy poster! I will tell you that people tell me that I look like a different person. I went from a size 16/18 to a 4/6/8. I really like being just another poster here- thanks for understanding.

Wow E that's crazy! I'd love love love to be a size 6 (though at this point I should be grateful to fit into 8). How long did it take for you to lose the weight?

hi-
I started CALP in July, lost my first 30 lbs by November. I then stopped losing and thought I was done- found this place about then and put my goal as 150. Then in APril I started to lose again- no change in diet or exercise- and lost another 25 lbs by September. I decided to stop losing then and discovered that I could increase my carbs at RM and maintain.
