Nope but I'm going to buy another bottle of wine next week and try it. I want to try a different type of red wine. Right now i"m not even testing glucose. I have had company from Colorado and they left this morning. My brother has much higher glucose readings that are close to being diabetic. He is out of control with his diet but he found while he was here that he could get it from 160 at night down to 100 the next morning by going for a morning run..........thirty minutes. I think he could keep his under control with exercise if he did it regularly.

Right now I'm back on the sliphos and will start checking in a few mornings after I get the junk out of my system.
Then next week try out the wine again.

Actually, I'd been trying the wine experiment too. Having 1-2 glasses between dinner and bed time. It didn't seem to have any effect on my blood sugar the next morning.
