Magnesium pills might work and they wouldn't have the carbs of flax... or maybe the L. reuteri that I was posting about in the general health forum.

In other news..

Down to 170.6. Maybe I'll see the 160s soon... that would be neato

Thanks Kisal......

Heaven forbid - donuts! Ewwwwww

Looks like I've been with your challenge all along... it's just "normal" for me.

Right now, apart from flax, I'm sticking pretty close to week one and have for a long time.

thanks, Julie

I might be unusual, but coconut oil does the trick for me. If I have more than 1/2 tsp in a day it totally 'cleans me out'.

Well I fell off the wagon last night, I had a handful of chocolates. Today I've had a few more chocolates Oh well, I'm just going to work hard to make sure this doesn't turn into some free-for-all binge.

It's alright. You'll do better tomorrow.

I haven't had anything except coffee today. I'm hungry, but can't make up my mind what I want to eat.

Thanks Kisal!

I haven't had anything but coffee today too. I forgot to defrost some meat yesterday so I guess I have to wait a couple of hours before I can eat anything

Good Monday, everyone! We all seem to be doing well and staying in good spirits while keeping our courage up during the season of candy, cookies, pies, cakes, warm rolls.....eggnog....rum balls.....OH MY HEAVENS, I MUST SNAP OUT OF THIS MIND DRIFT!!!!! This drooling isn't very ladylike!

Anyhow, this WOE is a WOL and I am just trying to stay within my current weight until the first of the year when I get very, very strict and serious again. There is just no way not to taste what I am baking with my grand daughters.

Congrats to all you losers, and kudos to all of you who are maintaining. Everyone have a safe week!

How is everyone this fine Monday morning? I haven't been able to get to a computer for a week or so but it looks like everyone is hanging in there. I for one am just maintaining through the holidays instead of beating myself with guilt every time I taste something wonderful. I am doing good so far, holding at 184 and keeping yeasties at bay. How is everyone else doing? Anyone else have a great strategy you would like to share for survival during the holidays?

Hello, how is everyone? I'm still losing which is nice although my constant little cheats keep me bouncing around the same numbers on the scale, but each time I get back on track I bounce a little lower so in all I have a net loss.

Good luck everyone and please check in soon
