Why not just use the Vanilla flavored DaVinci's and the ground spices the original recipe calls for? You don't have to have Pumpkin Pie Spice flavored DaVinci's to enjoy this drink.

If you feel you must have the Pumpkin Pie Spice DaVinci's, there are other sites online that sell it. One is called lollicup.com, I think. The shipping may be more expensive, though. You could probably just Google DaVinci's sf syrups and find even more places.

I have found ground spices inside of coffee tend to make it a bit gritty since they dont really dissolve and then they end up settling to the bottom. 2 things that might help that is adding the spices to the filter with the coffee grounds, although the flavor wont be as strong or possibly putting some whole cracked spices in the bottle of vanilla davincis and infusing it for a couple of weeks to get the desired flavor.

I infuse spices (cinnamon stick, fresh ginger, ground Chai Masala mix) in whipping cream. Then cool/chill, strain thoroughly with a very fine strainer, and a jug into the fridge.

I use it for a base for ice cream (Spiced Coconut Ice Cream, half the spicy WC and half Coconut Milk), in my cream whipper, as a base for a cafe breve or special coffee, topper for pumpkin cheesecake...

Yum. The real thing. Can't be beat.
