Ah how times have changed.

There's a package of bread in my house right now, that I'm staying away from of course, which reads:

"There's no arguing it--you need grains in your diet! Not only are they an important source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, but whole grains, like the ones used to make our products, have lots of complex carbohydrates that give you sustained energy throughout the day, plus fiber for optimal digestive health."

Later on, it mentions the fact that bread is devoid of saturated fat. *Yawn*

maybe one day people will post that to Snopes and ask if it was just made up.
