That's what I cut up for my cat for his food! I'd want the ones with skin on for myself!

I did Demis - Balti Chicken (In the recipe section) with these the other night. You have to go out and get all the spices (rather than just adding paste) but on the + side - the meal is lower carb using fresh and it is really fragrant and authentic tasting. DH loved it - she also has one for Butter Chicken which I will have a go at next week.

I should also add - I prefer chicken thighs - they are less dry and stew (broil?) nicer than breasts. Cheaper too - unfortunately cant get them often.

"Broiling" is what North Americans call cooking under a griller.
