Hi everyone! It's so nice to have a place that is truly Canadian! That dinner sounds like a great idea, as well as the coffee (de-caf I suppose!). I'm on day 11 now, and feeling great. Hopeing it just gets better from here.

I will see what I can do this weekend about my slow PC. I also have 30 report cards to start on which is a pain but has to be done. And it is like writing a 300 word essay or more with each card. Ugh!!
Catch you later I am off to work for a low carb day!!

Hi Kelly,

Glad to see you here!

BTW, I noticed your email is used as your user name. If that's what you wanted, it's perfectly fine, just wanted to make sure you're aware of it

I am not on the low carb diet, but am looking for ideas and info on what to feed my husband. They have to be dairy (except cheese) free and we are trying for low saturated fat. I'm a stay-at-home mom to 14 mo old twin girls so I don't have a lot of time to deal with cooking, even though it seems like that's what I do all day.

Default Thanks

I am finally able to know my own name when asked, and so feel able to actually plan some meals. I will post at home the suggestions I got before plus the "quickie" meals FAQ (Karen's ?) that I had found.
