Good idea!! The OWL phase is where you add in carbs (past the first 20 of induction)to find your CCL....critical carb level, where you stop losing weight. For many in this weighin, its about 35-40 carbs a day.

Mine is higher due to the fact that I ate more than 35-40 carbs a day as I lost my weight. I can maintain my weight eating about 50-70 carbs a day.

Athena--I have ordered from miraclenoodle.com but they have not yet arrived. I bought the House brand of shirataki/tofu noodles at my local Wild Oats store. I bought regular shirataki noodles from an international market near the college campus where I work. I've used both and enjoyed both.

OK--I'm just saying that I don't trust my scale--too many fluctuations. But I'm grabbing this since it puts me at my goal weight. I leave for vacation tomorrow afternoon and so will miss our weigh in next week. I'll post that on the 21st when I return. Wish me luck in maintenance on vacation. Thanks for all the support.

Will we still be able to access the old thread to read what is there? That's where I've kept all my weigh-in data since the thread started over a year ago, and it's nice to be able to access that data occasionally.
