Day 5 - Fat Flush Plan

Weight: 331.4

LLC (Long Life Cocktail)

Lemon water

B: Breakfast Sqaush Pudding (sub cauliflower) and apple compote with clove, ginger, and stevia

S: None (sleep too late and too full)

L: Poached Salmon with FFP Catsup
Raw broccoli florets and sliced cucumber with FFP 1000 Island Dressing

S: None ... too full ... I know.

D: Caulflied Rice with stir fired beef, red bell pepper, broccoli stalks, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, onion powder, and cayenne

S: Cantaloupe

LLC

Throughout day drink 2L cranwater and 1L water.

Lisa, I have had to make my main courses a lot smaller so that I can fit my snacks in....maybe you could try that out if you're struggling to fit it in? I stil don't get in two snacks some days though.

Hi,

That a great idea. Today part of the problem was that I slept in until 9:40. lol So by the time I got the two pre-breakfast drinks down, it was close to 11 when I ate breakfast today. I won't be making this a habit.

I'm trying so hard to be good.

Hi, all. I have joined you with the Fat Flush. I'm still learning about what I can eat, so let me know if you see something wrong.

Day two of FFP
weight: 116

LLC
HLW
cranwater

5 minutes on rebounder
20 minute walk

Breakfast: breakfast egg fu yung
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit
lunch: Large lettuce salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, cauliflower, broccoli and chicken breast. Spicy flax oil dressing
Snack: strawberries
Dinner: hamburger patty, spinach with cider vinegar, 5 olives

A few years back i did fat flush and to this day when i feel all clogged up i will do the cranberry and the lemon drinks...the lemon drink is the best thing anyone can do to cleans the liver...great stuff

D: Beef tenderlion with steamed asparagus

Wowza! I am quite surprised to see the weight coming down. Almost 3 lbs in 3 days. This is huge for me 'cause I'm one of those turtle losers. Verrryyyyy slow.

You're getting the same 1lb a day loss as I did
