That does sound yummy! Just be sure to count .8 carbs for the cream and if you use 1 Tbs. of SF flavoring that's another .5 carbs for a total of 1.3 carbs.

1.3 carbs is not too bad for a sweet treat!

hey there,
can any one describe for me vanilla torani syrup? is it just a vanilla essence or is it a sugar free milkshake syrup kind of thing? Im pretty sure we cant get it here in NZ, but I would love to try this recipe, sounds fantastic.

Yummy!!
I LOVE my iced coffees & Frappes!!
I use 1 tsp of carob powder which adds 2 carbs instead of chocolate.
SF DaVinci's are what I use for syrups though...
Have a new favorite...Cookie Dough(TDF!)
Chocolate chip cookie frappe!!
