Hey will.....I am still here. I post in my journal almost daily but sometimes forget to check the board since we have so few posters now. Anyway, I am combining CALP and the 12 Day Diet which does not include a RM and is a bit more restrictive. Also, a half grapefruit at every meal. We'll see. I am doing well - even with the holidays and not being totally OP with anything, I have lost 23 pounds since the first of December. I was 223 and I am now 200.5! YAY!

thanks guys, i had a great day yesterday and it felt so good to be in control. congrats cad on the weight loss that is awesome. i am back down to 194 so that is great for me. although i just restarted cad yesterday i guess my excercise and trying not to binge for the past week paid off. oh i do still have my book, i will re read it.

Me too. I'm back again. I lost over 30 pounds the first time around and kept it off for three years before it started creeping back on. I admit it was my own fault. I fell slowly back into my poor eating habits.

I've been almost one week on and have lost six pounds so far!
