Jimsbride, the most important thing is that you write them down somewhere. It doesn't matter that you don't publish. All that matters is that you can come back and say 'I've lost x inches here and here.'

Thanks for joining us and I hope it works well for you.

So far so good. I can't wait to see what happens when I began exercise again.

Great stuff! This is the same for me. It is working, but then, we shouldn't be surprised as it has been tested and proven to work in clinical trials.

This is just strictly my opinion. I don't know if it is the CLA working or if it is the upping of fat I'm eating or how strict i am being with my low carb since the day I started taking CLA (last Sunday) Just thought I'd throw that out there. Anyway, I did measure and I am 35 under the breasts and 35 at the waist and 39 at the hips - I've got to be the only one who is the same in upper and lower waist - I hate upper belly fat. I have no shape, it sucks. Unless fat is considered a shape - I sound mad - I'm not - just playin.

CLA can't be 'upping the fat you are eating' because it's not a fat.
It's a fatty acid. There are links in the thread to how it works and on google.

Hope it works for you.

I think you misunderstood what i typed. Let me rephrase - since sunday, i have started CLA, I have upped the fat I'm eating and I have been very strict with my low carb. 3 separate things there. consuming more fat always jump starts me and of course being very strict on my carbs gets me going again and now ther is the CLA - it could very well be getting me going.....also

Yes, I misunderstood your post, but your second one makes it clearer. Thanks for posting and good luck.

Just want to say thanks. Read the website and sounds really interesting; I may buy some today. Sounds like it should be safe since it's safflower oil, but just in case (since we often hear years later about important health problems from diet pills), has everyone only read or heard positive things about CLA?

Good luck to all!! I'm also trying to remember to keep up multivitmains and I take a greens supplement (Greens plus); supposed to be good for immune system (equivalent of 6 portions of dark green leafy veggies) and being on low carb, I find helps me stay regular.

One of the original LC diets from back in the 60's, I think it was, had the dieters drinking an ounce of safflower to enhance weightloss.

I'm loving the results of CLA so far and staying on it. It has more history to it than I realized until I researched.

Well I'm still taking it... I seem to be losing the 'saddle bag' fat at the base of my spine. This has meant trousers fitting me very smoothly.. for once in about 6 years.

Annabel, that sounds wonderful! I hope I lose mine too!

As for me, today is day 3. I don't want to remeasure for a week. I tried very hard to measure what I actually was, by relaxing the measuring tape. Not pulling or tugging on it. I hope it helps when I go to remeasure.

Tomorrow I am starting a strict excercising plan. I am IR and so ANYTHING will help with weightloss. I believe I will know when this product works. B/c I will see things going down much faster than other times that I have been on Atkins strictly.

Here's my measurements:
Never mind....they are deleted. I will do as Annabel suggest and just report the difference. Sorry! LOL

Hugs,
Jimsbride

I have that too, I hate it. However, I'm excited to hear CLA may help me in that area also

Hmmm saddlebags ...mine are on my outer thighs...maybe this will help.

I just got a bottle with a 2 month supply, taking it 3 times a day ~ 1000 mgs each.

I just took a couple of measurements:
natural waist- 31"
at Belly button- 35 "
hips- 41"

Thats where I've got a pocket of fat, at the 35 " area. And of course my hips!! But that would require surgery to really make a difference there.

I don't know what you guys are paying for this but I just paid $30- for a 2 month supply. Maybe its cheaper online?

I did a little searching online and the link above has the best price I've seen. A 3 month supply is 22.99.
