I will provide a report as soon as I can hear again after the concert..... When Brian and I went to the Black Eyed Peas last year I had a "concert hangover" for three days (no illegal substances involved ;~) ) Ditto for Bachman/Cummings - my ears rang for days.

Thursday the 9th looks good for me - the 2th or 3th would be out and so would the 16th or 17th - but, so far, the weekend of the 9th we're planning to be in town!

Had a successful trip to Alberta - good sales, good buys, some snow (yeuucchh!!). Anyhow, looking forward to seeing you all on the 9th and meeting Mischa.

Jude, I'm with you - they couldn't pay me enough to go see the Stones! I saw Jesus Christ Super Star when it was in Vancouver and it was a several days before I could hear again, and I've never been a rock fan (too old), give me Duke Ellington style jazz any time!

you kill me too Glenda.... you are never too old to enjoy a good concert.... my bf wanted me to go to the Black Eyes Peas and I respectfully declined... loved the Bachmann/Cummings concert though! Now he buys tix for the Bare Naked Ladies (no thanks!!!!! he can take his DD) Would rather go to Rascal Flatts or Dixie Chicks!

Yay--Glenda's back in Lotus Land!!! Mischa says she's working that day and only gets half an hour lunch. Maybe we could all visit her at the shelter--jeeze, what an to be working there!

Too bad Mischa's working..... Working in a shelter is admirable. I used to work in one some years back and it's tough work, but rewarding when you see a client succeed in moving on from their old patterns.
