Just the one for the Kool-Aid additive... but, I'm not sure if he posted that.

LOL Thanks Dean. I usually make those once a week and will take to work for lunch. I hope the sesame ones come out as well.

Not the best carnivore diet but we just took a trip that we were in the car 11 hours straight. I ate eggs before I left and at lunch had an Atkins shake and then dinner out. On the way back I had a Hardees thickburger minus everything butthe beef. On that week long trip I actually LOST 1 lb, lol.

You can bring some sliced meat in a cooler. I think I remember you don't do many eggs or I would say hardboiled eggs or deviled eggs.

Good luck.

Or how 'bout some of Sherry's wings... even cold they would probably taste awesome!

Jerky and cheese slices are also good. And, yes, deviled eggs!

Cool Melt in your mouth crock pot roast

This is so tasty... I made it last weekend.

Take a 3-4 # fatty chuck roast.
Cut up into 1" pieces
Put in crock pot
Add 1/3 cup of soy sauce
Cook on high 1 hour then 11 hours on low, occasionally stirring

Mmmmm mmmmm good!

Jessica

Default Gem's Spicy Chicken Strips

Slice chicken breast into finger strips.

Roll raw chicken in a mix of your favourite spices: curry powder, ground cumin, and ground ginger with a little chilli powder works well.

Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.

Fry chicken until golden and crispy (about 3-4 mins each side).

Credit to Gemma for this one!

Default Heroin Wings

4 pounds chicken wings ***
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cut the wings, into pieces saving the pointy tips for making soup
or broth.
***or chicken breast, or chicken drumsticks

3. Combine the parmesan cheese and the parsley, oregano, paprika,
salt, and pepper in a bowl.

4. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (If you don't do this you
will be sorry cause you will be scrubbing on this pan a week later).

5. Melt the butter in a shallow bowl or pan.

6. Dip each piece in butter, roll in the cheese and seasoning mixture,
and arranged in the foil-lined pan.

7. Bake for 1 hour, and then kick yourself for not making a double
recipe.

Makes about 50 pieces, each with only a trace of carbs, a trace of
fiber and 4 grams of protein.

In keeping with the druggy pathways this thread has been know to wander...I had to post these. This is posted in the Recipes section, and I believe it's from a Dana Carpenter book, but has been passed from person to person. Just want to give due credit to the orignal recipe...but this is worthy of a place on here!

What a fantastic idea! You people really know how to put everything all together in one Thread.
Here's mine:
Prep time: 1 min
Microwave time 2-3 mins
Eat time: As long as you want!

1 fresh salmon filet (6-8 oz)
2-3 T unsalted butter
Liberal amounts of
Chef Prudhomme's Magic Unsalted Seasoning
Garlic Powder (I usually cover the top)
Put all in a microwave casserole dish and cover
Cook until butter melts, not too much, just to taste.
Enjoy!
