Rode 43.62 miles today at 15.2 mph
eased back into calisthenics from vacation:
12 pull ups
10 chin ups
25 push ups

No log entries from vacation, but I did ride across TN in 3 days on a loaded bike into a brisk headwind. It was great.

Swollen glands under my jaw yesterday. Swelling is down today, but I feel a bit off my game. I still did a brief routine. Also, last night I did 5 miles of hill repeats before the rains set in.

42 pushups
12 pullups
50 situps
10 chinups

20 miles of hills last night.

100 sit ups
15 pull ups
50 pushups

Goal made for exercises. Now to maintain this level.

Default Weekend Catch up

October ended with just 1 lb down over Sept. I dropped 2 of the 3 vacation lbs, but 1 hangs stubbornly on.

Saturday, I rode in the rain, but Sunday afternoon was sunny and nice. Frank, Mike and I did the very hilly 25 miles north of Wal-Mart, and did it the steeper way. Very good workout. This morning was regular calisthenics:

Sit ups: 100
Push ups: 50
Pull ups: 15
Chin ups: 15

Since this is my target # of reps, from now on, I'll just report that I did the usual workout, unless something is changed. I felt tired but good after this morning's and I allowed recovery time between exercises. Then it was time to chef up some victuals! (Bacon and eggs)

a quick 6 miles of hills (stopped to get crud out of my tire and called it quits due to time) and 1/2 the usual exercise set. Maybe more miles tonight when I get home.

The usual workout. Felt stronger today. (went home early from work due to feeling draggy yesterday afternoon) If this keeps up, I may up the reps next week.

Cycled 54 miles yesterday, with 2,350' of climbing. Burned off 2,677 cals according to the Garmin.

Did the usual workout plus a few added reps this morning before prepping for Sunday school.

the usual workout is increased to:

pull ups: 17
Sit ups: 108
Chin ups: 16
push ups: 52

still cheaper than a gym membership, and pretty effective.
