Weekend Catch up
October ended with just 1 lb down over Sept. I dropped 2 of the 3 vacation lbs, but 1 hangs stubbornly on.
Saturday, I rode in the rain, but Sunday afternoon was sunny and nice. Frank, Mike and I did the very hilly 25 miles north of Wal-Mart, and did it the steeper way. Very good workout. This morning was regular calisthenics:
Sit ups: 100
Push ups: 50
Pull ups: 15
Chin ups: 15
Since this is my target # of reps, from now on, I'll just report that I did the usual workout, unless something is changed. I felt tired but good after this morning's and I allowed recovery time between exercises. Then it was time to chef up some victuals! (Bacon and eggs)
