I haven't had time to get to the gym at all this week. Can't/won't run outside because the air is nasty. Maybe next week I'll get back to the gym!

30 minutes yoga/pilates
10 push ups (normal, just to see if I could)
2 pull ups (again to see if I could)

I've gotten so weak since I've been sick it's ridiculous. Everyday I try to do a little more because I refuse to just sit back and do nothing. Sometimes I can't do anything or as much as I like, but I'm trying to take one day at a time.

Yoga, though not a lot as I dropped a shredder cone on my foot and I am a wienie.

Made it to the gym last night:

35 minutes - Tredmill

I thought I was going to die. Between being sick, the CU, etc I felt like my body is full of cement (lumpy, wet cement). It almost impossible to move. I need to go back through my journal and gym log to see what was going on prior to getting sick (though I didn't say much because of the worry of being harassed by *sshats).

Been doing yoga sporadically, but I've felt too shitty to do much else. May go to the gym and walk tonight. We'll see if I'm feeling any better after my lessons today.

None really other than pull-up and that was probably pushing it. Also lugged a 60+ lb amp around, up the stairs, etc.

Tomorrow I'm hoping on getting to the gym. My chest is still killing me from the bronchial infection, so it may be more of a walk than a run. I miss running!

As long as I can maintain under 160 again until TOM decides what its doing I'm happy!
