Wednesday - 30 minutes Treadmill - walk/jog - 3.5 - 4 mph - incline 5.5 - 12
12 minutes - upright bike - cardio setting
Arms

Weight after gym - 152 lbs

Lower body lifting - free-weights
Ab and lower back work

Elliptical machine (The non-stair stepper one) - 15 minutes
Arm weights
Back and butt machine

Last night, even though I was feeling like crap and didn't think I'd make it through!!

Treadmill - 60 minutes - Random hill 4.0

If I ever get my eating and my exercise together at the same time, I will truly rock!!

45 mintues on the elliptical machine already today and that was before noon!! Calories - 445
I also got my yoga/pilates workout in this morning

17 minutes treadmill - random hill - 5.5 to 9.1 at 4.0 - 4.5 mph - 135 calories

Total calories - 360!!
