Well so far so good. I've got two days of workouts in, and I'm drinking my water. The eating is good too. Working on getting a picture. I normally weigh in on Fridays, is Tuesday the official weigh in day for the challenge?

pinkclouds... I LOVE your little exercising smiley!!!! Where did you get him??? There is no official weigh in date. You set your goals and boundaries. If Friday is your day then by all means keep it that way. Was just curious if anyone was weighing on Tuesdays since we started the challenge on that day. I am obsessive and weigh everyday...lol!

Where is Donna??? We always hear from her on Mondays.... come out of hiding!

just a copy and paste as by butt needs 2 do pilates now!

Fun day besides the dentist! I started to hypervenelate b4 the shot. He told me we could skip the shot as it was very minor. I had him remove and redo a small filling that was a tad stained and fix my two small chips. It was a tad uncomfortable but not bad at all. The needle was way worse to me so no needles!!!!!!!
Poor dentist! He hates seeing me and has since i was a teenager I bet! Thank heavens I've rarely needed dental work!!!!! I am a coward. LOL I did my yoga breathing and it helped!!!
I had lots of earrand and shopping today. 2 grocery stores, walmart and target. The pants I bought DS are 2 small so back I go tomorrow! Ok I thought I was good but no no no!!!
I also stopped at a friends house for some kids toys and clothes she wanted to donate. I'll take them with me when I volunteer at the food pantry tomorrow. I've got some of my kids to bring too. I'd rather give them for free than 2 goodwill who resells them. Cuz if you are truely poor do you have $$ to shop??

I don't think I ate enough today but what ya going to do??

Water is bad!!! None so far! (edited to add I'm working on a 30 oz glass!)

venison steak (which was awesome!)
pile of lc coleslaw
1/2 an apple

I am getting my butt off here to go do my weights and pilates

Edit: Pilates weights done! Now I really enjoyed that so why was I procrastinating?!

I'm here. I came in this a.m. and read, but no time to post. Came back tonight and had to laugh another page was added.

You were right Dawn this challenge ROCKS.

Kim I just got back from gym-my girls and I went in and worked out and I worked up a sweat.

I may weigh tomorrow, but may use my official weigh in weight from Friday depends what scale looks like in the morning. I didn't have a horrible weekend, but wasn't the best. Didn't even face scale tomorrow.

Ok guys, I still need to get my goals figured out, I know will be weight related and exercise.

ONLY 5 DAYS UNTIL I SEE BON JOVI IN CONCERT- I AM SO EXCITED!

You guys are the best and I can't wait to continue a challenge with you. Always brings a smile to my face when I read your posts. Have a happy Tuesday!

Yeah!!!! Way to go Donna Workin' up a sweat is such an awesome feeling And Michelle, good job on doing that darn Pilates work out... Did you go and get CST by CE yet?

I just got in from work, another long day... But tomorrow is worse, 8am - 10pm YUK.... Workout's suffer when that happens... Then a friend is taking us to the Olive Garden on Wednesday at 6:30 pm and we are going to a surprise birthday party (30th) on Thursday at 5:45pm... And And And.... What are you gunna do? I will make my exercise goals even if I have to do everything on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!!! I know all you you will woop me if I don't HUH

OK I must confess I am going to go soak in the HotTub Kim

I know this is water weight, 1, from all the stress and 2, I ate a hamburger patty yesterday I do not know what is in those things but I ALWAYS gain a pound or two after eating one.

Woo Hoo, I beat Kim in here this morning. Was hoping I could do that. Hope you enjoyed the HOT TUB!! (I'M Jealous).
Erika is the picture in your gallery? You have to download into gallery first.

Eating was good yesterday and exercise good.

Scale was up slightly from Friday weigh in and I am so happy that it was only slightly. Should show up with a loss this Friday.

EXERCISE IS DONE! I did aerobics~ toning was hips and thighs. I will get lots of exercise volunteering at the foodpantry today. 3 hrs of picking orders and carrying boxes.

The scale seems to have moved again. I still need to get a new one! I don't trust it!
I forgot batteries again yesterday! I will try to remember today so Dh can take a pic after I get home from volunteering at the pantry! I'm sure ya'll want to see me frazzled!
