I had a really good exercise day yesterday, and this am, I'm back at 150#, woo hoo, now I can focus on getting to the 140s, here I come!!

Sun = REST

Mon = step mill (10 min at level 5-this is the longest I've lasted)
weights (15 min) focused on arms
elliptical (20 min)
exercise bike (20 min)
ab, pushup, squat set (10 min) = 75 min

Hi everyone, trying to get back on track with cad and working out. I have been golfing for my work out, but now that its getting cold out will only be able to play on those rare days when it warms up. I will be cleaning all my clothes of the treadmill LOL, and look for my weights. Need to work out to inprove my golf game and look good in all my golf outfits LOL I dress up better playing golf then going out to dinner LOL. here are my goals for the week to come.
Treadmill 30 min a day at least 3 days a week
weights 3 days a week. for toning and strenght (want to hit that ball far LoL)

congrats to everyone sticking to there goals

Ps does any one put on weight when they workout. I am one of those lucky people that start to gain when I workout, Now I know muscle weighs more then fat, but I am trying to loss the last 10 pounds from $#~. Any advice as to this would be appreciated.

Oh boy I have been lapse in reporting in...

I did 80 min of water aerobics on Wednesday,
45 in the weight room Thursday,
and 80min of water aerobics today.

295 for the week!
