You know....I've been thinking the same thing about my gym log. I think I've just gotten in such a habit....but it's pretty useless here. I also post in another forum that is more geared to exercise....that one makes more sense....at least there's feedback. Yeah.....I think I'll stop posting too.

Monday 20th February

I wasn't going to update this due to lack of interest but it's good for my records. I used my 3rd set of reps to increase the weight on each machine.

20 minute walk from train station to work.

50 minute walk at lunch time

15 minutes walk after work

AT THE GYM

5 minutes X-Trainer
3 sets of 10 Leg Press
3 sets of 10 Leg Extensions
3 sets of 10 Chest Press
3 sets of 10 Rev Pulldowns
3 sets of 10 Shoulder Press
3 sets of 10 Rope Pull
3 set of 15 ab crunches
15 minutes fast walk on incline(sp?)

20 minute walk home

So about 50 minutes in the gym and 105 minutes walking

I've been thinking. If I can't control my eating, I might as well quit the gym. What's the point of wasting my time if I am just going to eat myself to death anyway!

That's just crazy talk. You keep going to the gym, and you'll get control of your eating! The more muscle you build, the more you can eat....and cardio also helps with burning off calories.
Don't stop the good part just because you're having difficulty with the the harder part. Remember: A little discomfort right now is much less painful than the regret you'll eventually feel if you don't ever take action. Discomfort can eventually be overcome, but regret will never go away.
You'll feel better in a day or two. You're just having a bad day.
