Goal still 149
Goal - get to the gym at least 2 mornings, shooting for Tues & Thur, the night before no alcohol and going to bed early, so I can get up early. Pack gym bag night before. After workout Reward with coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Goal, back on track with long runs, 7-8 miles this week, then next week, run around Mackinac Island!
Mon 8/19 - 154.4 - yikes! 2 miles walk with B & Dylan, thinking about eating more veggies, healthier in general
Tues 8/20 - 154.4 - got myself to the gym, so proud! Reward Dunkin Donuts coffee & egg wrap. 3 miles on treadmill, 37:30 min, not too shabby, 20 squat jumps and 6 burpees, I thought I'd be able to do more burpees, but just couldn't do it, and didn't want to kill myself, there is always tomorrow! Had wonderful Paul Hobbs wine, Pinot Noir, my new favorite! Ate too much, alcohol is the gateway
Wed 8/21 - 154.2 - no alcohol tonight, gym tomorrow. Getting back on track, kind of want the black card at Planet fitness, it's only $10/month more, I would have use of massage chairs- so we ended up with a date night and I had wine, we listened to music it was great. No wine tonight and exercise tomorrow!
Thur 8/22 - 153.8 - had one glass of wine
Fri 8/23 - ? cycle tomorrow, just couldn't face the scale, very tired, no gym time, maybe tomorrow or Sunday
Sat 8/24 - ? -
Sun 8/25 - ? - after a couple days off was expecting about 155, was rewarded with 157?!?! WTHeck?!?! Super disappointed, but managed to get my 7 mile run/walk in and ate pretty healthy. Getting strict about eating for a month, and see if I can drop some #
Weekly Average - 154.76 - didn't make goal, ugh!
