This sounds gross but it is sooooo good. I fry some chicken or porkchops with some oil-flavor it with seasoning salt or whatever. I then put peanut butter in it and a can of tomato sauce. I then put it over cauliflowerr it is sooo good!! Try it

Thumbs up Cilantro Cream Chicken

I don't know if you found this recipe from my post or someone else's. But here is a link to my post for the recipe: Cilantro Cream Chicken

I've been making this for years and I love it! The sauce is awesome! Let me know if you try it and make any tweaks or modifications that you like. I have tried many versions and always enjoy experimenting with others suggestions for this recipe.

The original recipe calls for Cilantro. From comments from numerous people on another board, I gather that some people have a problem with the Cilantro tasting "soapy"... everyone's taste buds are different... so if this is an issue for you, use flat leaf parsley instead. This is what I use for my husband. I have actually never tried to give him the cilantro version because his taste buds are so sensitive and he is so picky and reluctant to try new things that I didn't want to take the chance with him. When others commented that the cilantro was soapy tasting, I just substituted parsley the first time I served it to him... better safe than sorry where he is concerned. (It's difficult enough getting him to try new things! His first reaction to something new is always, "I don't like that."... and I always have to ask, "Have you ever tried it?"... and usually he admits, "No." )

The wonderful flavor of the sauce really comes mostly from the chicken seasoning mix.

thin sliced boneless chicken breasts

I'm posting so I can get subscribed to this thread and get more ideas. I love to cook but lately I find I want really quick dishes to throw together so I can 'play'.

I simply take chicken (any kind works but I'm partial to chix thighs since you can get them alot cheaper than breasts). Put on a wire rack or foil. Spread Ranch dressing on top. Bake about 1/2 hr. on 400. Turn over and baste with more Ranch dressing. Cook another 1/2 hr.

How easy is that? I don't like Ranch dressing by itself but this is good and similar to mayo-Parmasan mixture someone posted earlier.

I'd give credit to whoever posted the recipe but was afraid I wouldn't find this thread again.

You have to try my own recipe for low carb chili, if you like chili.....

hamburger
throw in some onions, after you drain the grease from the hamburger. then add some chili powder.

then, Canned cut up tomatoes with garlic and basil...
I also added 2 cans of beef broth "O carbs in canned beef broth", and some splenda to taste, if desired.
add more chili powder to taste.

I like this chili.....it is so satisfying.

the softened cream cheese with some splenda and a little spec of cocoa is great for the sweet tooth!

tastes real close to cheesecake without all of the work ..........and of course
carbs.

you can also heat it up for 10 seconds if you like it warmed

OMG - I love this thread. I have cut and pasted at least 10 recipes into my recipe folder. Now I feel that I really should contribute my favourite recipe, but someone already beat me to it. I love making pizza using La Torilla Factory torillas - a little tomato sauce, whatever toppings catch your fancy and tons of mozzarella cheese - yummmm.
