Hi Gina,

I also recommend trying the Deep Dish Pizza Quiche. I just made it and it's to die for!! I don't know how to do the links thingie but you can find it in the "main dish" recipe forum. It's the one that has 5 stars next to it.

CD wrap
olive oil
minced garlic
alfredo or LC tomato sauce
grated mozzerella
pepperoni
ANY veggies of your choice

Glaze CD wrap w/ olive oil and minced garlic, put in oven at 350 degrees for about 8 mins.

Remove from oven, add tomato or alfredo sauce, cheese, pepperoni and any other veggies or toppings of your choice.

Put back in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 or 11 mins.

THIS IS SOOOOOOOOO GOOD...and the carb down wraps are so filling, i usually eat half in one sitting and the other half later, still LOW CARB (you'll have to calculate for yourself.

ENJOY!
Thankyou , that sounds so good

My favorite thing to eat is a big juicy ribeye with a side of shrimp. I mix mayo and spicy mustard and dip the shrimp in it.

nocarb,

I have been out to several different restaurants and ordered bacon wrapped shrimp. They usually have a tangy butter dipping sauce that is great. I have not determined what it is unless it's just lemon juice, salt and butter but it's great.

A ribeye is my favorite cut, the flavor appeals to me over most others but t-bone is good too.

Like GinaLeanne, I don't buy them unless they are on sale which seems to be medium rare...but after eating chicken and ground beef for weeks, it's nice to have one steak.

To be honest, I don't buy any meat unless it's on sale.

This is one of my new favorites. It came from my boss...

Pizza Meatloaf

1lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage (I used Jimmy Dean)
8 oz. pepperoni (chopped)
onion (1/4 cup chopped)
mushrooms (6 oz can chopped)
1 TBSP oregano (I used italian seasoning)
2 eggs
1/2 cup LC bread crumbs
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce

TOPPING:
1/2 cup pizza sauce
mozzerella cheese

Mix all together (except topping) and form into a loaf. Bake at 375 deg. for 45min - 1 hour. Add topping and heat 5 additional minutes.

Another one of our favorites...

Deep Dish Pizza

Egg crust:
4 ounces cream cheese
3 eggs
1/3 cup cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded italian cheese blend

1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
favorite pizza toppings

Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
Add cream, parmesan cheese, and spices. Blend well.
Sprinkle 2 cups italian cheeses into dish.
Pour egg mixture over it.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes.

Spread on pizza sauce.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Pile crust with your favorite toppings.
Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
Return to oven and bake until bubbly and golden brown.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.

You need to make sure you're stirring the soup when you drizzle the egg.
