Today went well...food wise work was another story! I am exhausted!!!! I had two whey shakes for bf and lunch...I didn't really have time to eat! Tonight we are reheating grilled hamburgers, veggies, and I think I may have oatmeal for dessert. Not sure yet but I have been craving it. Oh and fruit! I am hungry already!!!
My weight went down today...hope it stays there.

Hi...

Just wondering if I can join this forum. It seems like alot of your goals are very similiar to mine. THis is my second week of no carbs, to jump start my sugar cravings. I lost 2.5 lbs. I bit of a dissappointment, as I usually lose about 5 lbs my first week of starving. But I'm going for the long haul here, so I'm pleased. After I'm sure that I'm on my way to success, I'm going to switch to CALP. I got the book and am just starting to read it.
