Default Vancouver Get Together - Sam & Mischa are Coming to Town!
Who is up for a low carb get together on Thursday, February 24th?

Sam59 is visiting Mischa from Toronto and they will be in Vancouver that night and are hoping to get to see a bunch of the local low carb group. I know that Sam also wants to buy an autographed copy of Karen's LC cookbook!

I have checked with Karen and we can meet at the Fish House, similar to other occasions. I am sure Karen will come up with a delicious menu for us again, too. The time is up to Karen, depending on how busy the restaurant is...

So, who wants to come? Let us know, please!

I saw that she was listed as one of the speakers at the Wellness Show. That may be part of what's keeping her busy. Or, I bet she's working on a menu for us.
