Quietone,

Have you tried supplementing with extra strength EPA/DHA fish oil? It has been proven to be very effective in treating depression.

Thanks, but can't do fish oil. Tried it; ummm...

(I was trying to find a toilet smiley, but couldn't)

Anyway, you get the idea...

But I do eat salmon and tuna regularly and it doesn't seem to help, but I like it.

Carlson's makes a lemon or orange flavored CLO... haven't tried it myself, but I've heard from others that it's easier to get down. Honestly, I don't think CLO is that disgusting. Freshness/quality may have something to do with it.

I don't have a problem getting any of it down. I just have a problem with the consequences.

Default Vegetarians go ballistic.

Hi Yakumo,

I am not surprised at your reaction to my website. Most vegetarians or high-carb eaters go ballistic when they read it. You prove the degree to which the general public has been brainwashed about nutrition and health.

You did disappoint me, however. You never referenced one of my best studies.

Absolute Scientific Proof Carbohydrates Are Pathogenic.

This one has been linked and copies all over the Internet by supporters.

I enjoy the discussion with vegetarians as a member of the Dr. Andrew Weil forum. I joined Dr. Andrew Weil's forum and read it for several years to see how the vegetarians were doing. Yikes. They have young people with unbelievable diseases from the vegetarian diet. The Dr. Weil forum managers deleted most of my posts, although I did write personally to some people. As a member, I still go back, but it is simply boring vegetarian myths and lies.
