I had 100lbs to lose, now 84. I can't lift that much weight but I carry it around every day..it is a very sobering thought.

I have about 45lbs total to lose, my short term is 30 and I've lost 10 so I have 20 more then another 15. But when I get down to 160 I'd be happy with 155. I know at 145 I feel almost too skinny.

Just did the math from back when I first started. Wow 88 lbs. total. That's a whole person! Mercy I never realized how much weight in all I needed to loose.

My dream weight is 135. I like the sound of it! I am 24, 5'8 and started my diet at 163. So, I had 28 lbs to lose. I currently am at 150, it looks pretty good, love atkins!!!

I'm 5'7", and all my life, I kept my weight around 135.

With a less active life than in my younger days.. i've skyrocketed up in pounds.

I'd really be happy if I could get to 145-150 and keep it there the rest of my life. That's my goal.

My weight right now is somewhere between 400 and 350. I am not sure what it is because my doctor's scale only goes up to 350 pounds but I want to get down to 140 or even under it if that is physically possible so I have well over 200 pounds to lose.

This is a great poll!!! I often forget where I really started, and how far I have come. I was told by the nurse at my doctors office that I would be at a healthy weight at 165, because my frame is large, and I might, but I feel so great!!

I topped out at 302 pounds in 1998-99, lost 135 pounds in 1999-2000, gained 100 pounds back, have now lost 128 pounds and have 39 to go! So, in all I had 167 pounds to loose and now have 39 pounds to go! Now, if you add the 100 I gained back and lost again then by the time I get to goal I will have lost a total of 267 pounds! Yikkes! I know that really that doesn't count though! Just my mind working overtime!!! Everyone is doing so great on their weightloss!
