Hey everyone I'm trying to stay off the scale this week but I feel good I did a 3mile work out this morning with 5 pound weights. I am a little low on the water today for me but I still have time.

WOOHOO!! I STILL love the Amazing Race!! The people who think these things up are good!!

Can't believe how unlucky the two girls were!! They were WAY ahead.. and just couldn't get a break...

Is that the first time the guy has come out into the race to tell someone they were eliminated?

No, last race the 2 brothers couldn't go on in Egypt and Phil went to them to tell them they had been eliminated.

I think I have had a great day. I am handleing induction pretty well. Yesterday I got up eary and did my time on the exercise bike. Today I wanted to sleep a little late - go figure! That being the case I spent part of my lunch break going up and down stairs. My legs felt like jello during the afternoon. This evening I did a short time on the exercise bike. For some reason I have lots of energy today.

I'm still at 198 (since Thanksgiving morning).... and that's just fine, I'm still in delightful shock over reaching onederland... so I'm 8 lbs till xmas goal....

Hi everyone, well i managed to get my water in - it's not quite lunch and I've had 40 floz so far, so i am at least on target....
and.....wait for it......drum roll please......
I actually got on my step and did a (pathetic attempt at a) workout!! I did the 5 minute warm up and then the beginers bit which is 12 minutes.
I can honestly say I wouldn't care if I never saw the bloody thing again, I hated every single moment, but I know I have to get use to it and do it every day....*sigh*

Good Wednesday Morning! Everyone have a great day!

Running late but have almost one of my 200z bottles empty, will finish it before I walk out the door.

Becki - Induction is going just fine except for the intemittent cravings for salty crunch. And no I can't do the thing with prok rinds and dip. They leave a residue in my mouth that is very uncomfortable for me. I'll probably just tough it out this month, a few celery stalks with cream cheese and some olives. I checked this moring and my k-strip is now dark purple - amazingly my favorite color!

Well, have to get going, car is covered in some nasty white stuff, the TV claims it is s**w but I like to beleve it is volcanic ash. HAHAHAHA Going to take the fixings for mock dainish with me this morning. We have almost all the DaVinci syrups in our breakroom so could be fun to experiment.

I just thought, I forgot to say earlier that my keyto whatsists have gone back to being purple too - deep purple. But what I don't understand is this - how can your strips say you're getting rid of the fat....but you still put on?
Doesn't make sense to me!
