Wow this challenge seems to be filling up...really great. I will have to post a day behind as I never know when I binge attack will leap upon me but am sooo happy to report that Sunday 11/28/04

non- exercise day and not going near the scale until my Friday weigh-in.

I followed the link in your message in my journal Becki and this looks like something I would be comfortable doing even at my third day. No idea how fast I would loose by Christmas BUT I can state my already set "goals" and it would be nice to get help keeping to them.
*Journal everyday, not just write to whoever stops by my journal but do an actual journal entry daily.
*Drink at least 64oz water daily
*Keep to 20 carbs max daily
*Keep up my food log each time I eat or drink something.
*No cheating at the company party this Friday! (Very hard to do, no actual meal just waiters wandering with Hors D'oeuvres all evening)
Basically just following my plan and don't let anything or anyone take away my vision.
