Hi All,
Ate off of WOE last noc. So, did not get on scale...don't need to see one noc of off eating.
I think I will refine my goals which is to--
1. remain between 20-25 carbs per day except for 3 "treat" meals. The treat meals are Christmas eve dinner, Christmas day main meal and New years's eve dinner.
2. Walk on the treadmill at least 3x weekly for 30 minutes even if it has to be broken up into 10 minutes segments.
3. Drink at least 64 oz of water daily....
That is a little more specific and should keep me more focused.
Walking days are Mon-Wed-Fri
