Think I could get 5 pounds off by Christmas?

Been doing so good, but I feel like I might be loosing it and could use a good "kick in the butt" to keep me on track.

What is it about the holidays......... to many emotions/memories/feelings for me.

I would like to join this group please. Even though I have been L-O-W carbing it the past couple of weeks. I have not actually done the induction yet, so I believe that will be my number one goal.

Goals..
#1 Do the two week induction
#2 Get down to 190 currently 204 (hope this is possible)
#3 exercise at least 30 minutes 3x week

Hi guys!!! My goals are to 1) be 135 by Christmas and 2) Workout for 45 min 4X a week.

Beans- You are the same height as me and I was wondering if you had any advice on how you got down to the weight you are at. I just can't seem to do it. I am larger boned with a muscular build so I think 130 will probably be the lowest I can get, but about how many cals, carbs and fat do you usually have a day?

Hi All,

Ate off of WOE last noc. So, did not get on scale...don't need to see one noc of off eating.
I think I will refine my goals which is to--

1. remain between 20-25 carbs per day except for 3 "treat" meals. The treat meals are Christmas eve dinner, Christmas day main meal and New years's eve dinner.

2. Walk on the treadmill at least 3x weekly for 30 minutes even if it has to be broken up into 10 minutes segments.

3. Drink at least 64 oz of water daily....

That is a little more specific and should keep me more focused.

Walking days are Mon-Wed-Fri
