My goal for Christmas will be 250 pounds. Currently I am 265 and feel that if I jump back into induction, I will reach 250 by Christmas. As far as excerise goes........treadmill, crunches, weight training, and more crunches.

Ok Im in like flynn on this one.... My goals are as follows:
1) Be down to 300 by christmas day currently 318.5
2) Be down to a size 40-42 jeans.
I currently do weight training for my upper body M-W-F and do treadmill and bike cardio T-T-Sun so my exercise is fine I believe.
Thank you becki for starting this. We need to come up with some of those kewl little sigs for this challenge. I am ok with photoshop and I am willing to try to make some if anyone has any ideas let me know.
Can I join too please? Altho my goals are not as lofty as the rest of you.
I just want to maintain my weight within 3 lbs (if I get a loss that's OK too)
I do have exercise goals but have that in another challenge and I am limited due to a disability...

In the past my challenges have backfired on me so I am going to try to be realistic. 1.) Stay in the 150's weightwise. 2.) Drink more water and 3) back on the treadmill 3x weekly.
