Why don't you post some typical menus abd details of your exercise program and we can make some suggestions? I know it is frustrating but we all go through weeks where nothing happens - but if you stick to the plan, perhaps with some minor modifications (or not) you will get through this. Trust me!

Cheers,

Malcolm

Hi Catdog (love your username! ),

How about starting up a journal here? That way you can post your meals and perhaps we can help if we can see what you are doing.
My other suggestion is to run your meals through MyPLAN (in yellow on the green menu bar). Again, if we know what you are getting in the way of carbs etc, we may find something we can help you with.

Cheers,

Roz

Default Thanks Roz, Journal started

Thanks Roz, I have started a Journal on the link you sent me. Malcolm has responded and Id love you to visit in a week or so when I've had a chance to put some of his suggestions into practice. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.
