Thanks for stopping by Mischa!!----Just finished watching George Michaels interview. He may be gay but what a hunk!!!!
Tomorrow is back to lift weights and then plan to swim on Friday again.
Food for today:
Breakfast: 2 mugs coffee and cream-1 EAS shake.
Lunch: 2 cups lettuce, 1 small tomatoe wedges, 8 slices of pepperoni and 2 T. mayo and water
Afternoon snack: 1 LC ice cream bar
Dinner: 1-6 ounce boneless t-bone grilled, 1/2 cup cauliflower-1/2 cup peapods,1 teasp. butter, 2 slices tomato,1 glass diet sprite, dessert: 1 lc ice cream bar.
Water today 84 ounces so far
Pm. Snack?
I don't know if I pushed it a bit too much today or what on the bike but just haven't felt too good all afternoon.
