Just to make it easier on your sec'y, it is easier to state the amount of pounds you want to lose by the goal date 9/6. It will get very confusing stating your original weight and your goal weight and then your loss for the current week.
My total goal by 9/6 is 15 lbs, I lost 1.5 this past week and my total so far for this goal is 8.5 lbs....I have 7 pounds to lose by 9/6 to get to my goal, which is very doable at my rate of loss!! see what I mean?
