Hi Newlywed:

Here's my progress report. I am sticking to the routine of nothing after 6pm, unless I'm starving : ) I have a little bit of protein (eggs preferably). Minimal low carb candy, which probably contributes to stall. And if I do have any, it's early in the day, and usually a small piece. Started walking on treadmill, and that's when it seems my inch loss has kickstarted, since it wasn't budging. I showed a 1/2-1 inch loss this week. I'll keep up with walking when I can squeeze it in, at least 3x a week. Hope this helps! Wendy

Great job!! Keep up the treadmill, exercise is SO good for you, and really helps speed up weight loss.

Thanks! Have you ever tried Pilates? That would probably work for you, if you
keep track of your inches rather than the scale : ) I've done it before
and it is SOME workout. My body seized the next day like I hiked up
a mountain. And even though it's tough to get that kind of workout in,
and it's very BORING, it may be my next step, if I don't continually
see steady loss.

I tried this fast and I actually didn't lose much on it. Something like 3.5lbs over three days. And as miserable as I was... It really wasn't worth it.

Been there, done that, doing it again! Had great success the first time but hate the restrictions. Kept my weight off btw.
