I've made this several times and no, I don't find it truly "crunchy". We sure love it! I think I'll make some for dinner tonight. *Ü*

I made this on Saturday PM. I used thawed frozen cauliflower and I used Cayenne Pepper for my seasoning.

I'm glad it's not supposed to be "crunchy" because mine was not and I thought I screwed up when I used the frozen stuff. It was good, though.

Tried it the other day. Used seasoning salt, tasted pretty good. Not crunchy at all.

I made this stuff twice today! It's awesome! I used butter flavored salt and it totally wiped out my popcorn craving. Thanks for posting it.

This truly is a wonderful snack with zero guilt. I have sprinkled with a lil garlic salt and parmesan when finished cooking.

What temp does everyone cook it at and how long?
I tried lower temp for more time and am hoping high temp works better.
