So..... ColonBlow..... Will I do it again? Yes.
in about 6 months and I will fast again (with shakes)

A couple times a year most likely isn't going to do you any damage, but in general you should use laxatives sparingly and only when completely necessary (as in increasing fiber, fat, water and veggies isn't doing the trick).
Why? Your body can get dependent on laxatives and not be able to have a normal bowel movement without them. I've worked in nursing homes and have seen this principle in action...it's not pretty.

I would be curious to see if the weight loss is permanent. I wouldn’t think it would be. But, Keep us advised.

Way weird and to think I have been wanting to try it! I am worried about the discomfort and cramping though. Maybe we shouldn't fool with mother nature - but i know people swear by it! Orchid

To all who think cleansing your body is quackery.... If your diet is natural, whole foods without preservatives and or other chemicals, and your elimination is normal, there is not a whole lot to worry about. However, if you are ingesting unnatural, chemical filled foods AND not eliminating your body will eventually reabsorb some of those toxins. I think there is a happy medium here - will you get cancer if you don't use colonblow? not very likely.... but moving things along for your body when it is sluggish could ultimately contribute to greater health in general.

keep on poopin' on groovejock
