Hood's yogurt is nasty, I tried it. The strawberry isn't as bad as the peach, which tastes like peach glue and is just as thick. They all hjave this nasty chemical taste also. I gave it a 1 out of 1 to 10. Simply awful. This Dannon yogurt better??? I hope so!

Grrr, I used their store locator to find the carb control yogurt, and there are no stores within a 50 mile radius from Va beach that carry this stuff!! I've been craving yogurt really bad. When I got my wisdom teeth out a few months ago (b4 lc) all I ate was yogurt, and now I want sopme delicious Yoplait vanilla yogurt soooooo much! Guess I'll just have to wait. Actually, what I did the other night was mix a spoon or two of Bryer's key lime yogurt with whipped cream and had a mousse like thing, kinda took care of the craving for a bit.

Wow! Am I ever surprised. I just received a phone call from the store manager at my local Kroger store. He rec'd the email I had sent off to the corporate office and has passed it on to their buyer. He's going to see if he can get the new yogurt ordered for me! I am so impressed, not only that he is ordering it, but that he called to tell me. Now that is customer service!

Blue Bunny also has a low carb yogurt. It is pretty darn good. Not available at all stores around here, but should be soon with the low carb craze going on. I believe it has 5 net carbs. I believe it is called carb sense, made by Wells Blue Bunny. Good luck with the twins.

That store locator thingy is broken, I got the same message (no store within 50 miles) and it's in all 3 of my local grocery stores, the closest being about .5 miles away. Best bet is to check your biggest local grocery to see

I tried the Dannon's Carb Control yogurt in Strawberries & Cream. It wasn't all that great, I didn't taste any strawberry. It might taste better with some real strawberries blended in though . I'm hoping the Vanilla Creme would taste better.

I didn't think they would be able to make REAL yogurt from the ingredients and manipulation they have to put into removing carbs. I do know some carbs get "eaten" during the making of yogurt but not as many as we would like.

I wrote Dannon an email asking if there is any acidophilus in it. This could have happened while "culturing" it or added afterwards. The best way is if they were able to culture it. The flavors sound nice, it's too bad it is not much more than that based on what everyone is saying about taste (as with Hood as well - oh poo).

I just had this this morning (found it at Winn Dixie). I had the peaches and cream. I found the flavor a little perfumy but it was still good.

I found it at Hannaford's today, all 3 flavors. I got strawberry and peach. I just had a peach one, it's good. Muuuuch better than the Hood's! A nice little treat.

Guess I have more sensitive taste buds? I think Blue Bunny Black Forest is the best flavor I had so far. Much higher in carbs though (14g)
