Yesterday I worked out on the bosu. Have you ever done this? Its like a mini trampoline in the shape of a half moon ball (more stable). It was so hard! Its like trying to keep your balance and do repeater knees (faint).

Iri- I tried to stand on that once and failed. You're good if you were able to accomplish anything on that thing LOL.

I did maximum cardio this morning and I feel super. I was too tired last night to do tae bo but i might do it tonight.

I'm just about to do the firm total sculpt tape. I also want to do some cardio later on as well.

update... started the firm tape but couldn't do it... didn't feel up to it. I then tried to do tae bo, same thing. I decided to do my fat burning workout and did most of it. I went out and bought the gizelle and did about 20 mins on it.

I woke up this morning and did cardio and muscle toning on my new gizelle freestyle. I worked out for an hour but really crunched in on my workout in the last 20 mins. I love this machine bc I'm feeling it now in my back, arms and legs. I plan to go home and do my firm workout and before bed, i want to do another 30-60 mins on the machine. I will probably go for a walk on my lunch hr (for 30 mins)

been working out faithfully on the gazelle everyday. I know i need to switch it up but it's easier for me bc it's 30 min and I can just jump on. I need to start doing the firm again and weights. Can't wait to switch jobs and workout at the gym on my lunch break.

worked out on the gizelle for 30 mins. Attempted to do my firm tape but TOM is here and I feel weak. Hopefully, I can do more when I get home but don't hold me to that.

update: walked for 20 mins on my lunch, came home and did the advanced windsor pilates tape and another 30 mins on the gazelle for a total of over 2 hrs of workouts today
