Well Deb, 30 pounds is awesome. I think I will start eating the cad way tomorrow. I have run into some issues with eating out with friends so I haven't been able to like I wanted for the last 2 days. But I will start tomorrow. I try and eat 3 eggs yesterday then went to the gym and I was so hungry and tired when i got home. I think I will need to bring in some cheese or something. Do you think 4-5 carbs is to much for the cm meal? I read the cheat sheet and it says don't eat more then 3 grams per serving. But does that mean per cm meal? I am little confused on some things. that is the main one. Can you please let me know what you think? Thanks so much for sticking with me on all of my questions!! i appreciate it.

That # of grams is for the item you're eating, not your CM. You should eat until satisfied from the CM list of foods. (Look under cheat sheet.) Your CM should leave you comfortable until your next meal so eat enough to hold you. The # they mention is for say....salad dressing. It should be 2 grams or less with sugar not listed in the first 4 ingredients.

Eating out shouldn't be too hard once you get the hang of it. I first decide if the meal will be an RM or CM and then order accordingly. If you're with friends, probably will be most convenient to have RM, but then you will have to plan for those 60 min! Cobb salad usually works well for CM....minus the avocado, of course...darn! LOL.
