I usta be the person who'd find the candy wrappers, little debbie wrappers, and such next to the bed. Always bread or sweets and would wake up with an overwhelming need for them. If there was nothing easy there, it was buttered toaste with lotsa jam.
I agree there must be a trigger somewhere. Maybe as mild as the smell of the cinny buns? I've stayed pretty plain and boring at my cm's now for 2 weeks. I figure when I start to get bored, I'll add in one food at a time so I can spot triggers. I made this plan pre-cad as I read journals and figured it'd be frustrating to be eating such a variety and not be able to pin point a trigger. I think I'm gonna try a s/f cola one day this week and see how it does.

Tess - just wanted to let you know I set out some cheese slices before bed on Sat. nite, just in case. When I woke up and wandered to the fridge I looked at them and said, "no, I'm not that hungry" lol, and went back to bed.
