Thanks Karen, what a great idea! I just noticed that the "move" links no longer show up on the new software, which makes it difficult to find the RofM recipes. LOL, I'm a bit slow.

They were moved without a redirect link to keep the forum looking tidy.

I'm glad I thought of the archive now instead of months from now. Then would have had to hunt everything down!

Karen,

I just finished looking at your website and I was wondering if you have a low-carb cookbook? (I'm sure you have been asked this a million times.)

Atkins has one out - some really tasty recipes in it and some expensive to make. You just have to choose. But thus far, I've liked all the recipes that I've made from it. Plus it gives you the carb breakdown for the total and individual servering.

It's been written and is coming out in the fall of 2004. Thanks for asking Jeff!

Hi Karen:

in a whiny voice..... Awwwww? Why does it take them so long? I knew you submitted it a little while ago, so I've been patiently waiting for it to come out.

Will it have pictures?

Wanda

There were new and exciting developments...It was sold to a US publisher and Canadian publishers will be bidding on the rights for Canada.

I'm still a little awestruck by it all! There will be 50 full colour photos...

Default The Low Carb Gourmet!

Wow Karen!,

Your bookcover is great. You did what Ive been wanting to do, but in a lower scale. My friends and family press me to open a diner for just low carbing. The menu would change everyday. I would like to be open for Lunch and brunch only. So late lc could pickup dinner. I want the place to be very small. Just enough for lunchers and brunchers to take a fast time out an know they were low carbing all the way.

We're almost into spring, shouldn't your book be out? I'll check at Barnes an Nobles website today. Oh Im so proud of our founder "You Karen." You should be the Mrs. Atkins...

Again thank you most sincerely,
Amazin77

P.s. I hope we don't lose you from this website, because you will have book signing. Will you come to California?
