I went to a Whole Foods in the Chicago area. They did not have the Solaray GFT Chorium there. I may have to order it on-line.

I found GTF chromium (unsure of brand) sourced from brewer's yeast at Wal Mart. Would this be okay?

Hi Jalera--I ordered mine from btnature, as Britony suggested. I was very impressed with their website, ordering, and delivery time. A good place to shop, IMO.. A bottle of the Solgar(250 tablets) was $15 and change with 1.99 s/h--but I noticed on the postage label that it cost them 4.90 to ship to me. A pretty good deal. It arrived in only a few days.. HTH... Tess...

To continue-I just thought I would give you an alternative idea in case the Walmart kind isn't what you're looking for. The only restriction I read in the book was that it needs to be "biologically active", made from Brewer's yeast. Sounds like you might have found it locally-you lucky duck. Our Walmart doesn't carry it at all....

I looked in a bunch of places. I finally found the Solaray GFT Chromium at a HFS in Bloomingdale, IL. It was $5.50 for a bottle of 100 or $10.99 for the bigger bottle. It was 200 mcg in strength.
