The ketchup is really nice. It has a different texture to regular ketchup when its in the bottle but on hot foods it melts or spreads a little bt and I can't tell the diff. Try the pancakes with lemon and a little splenda YUM!

I thought the steak sauce was awful. We used to use A-1. It is not close to the same.

Have picked up several bottles of the ketchup, after my wife raved about her first test of it (on a cheeseburger...not eggs!) I think the flavor is decent, perhaps a trifle sweeter than our old Heinz mainstay.

We picked up a bottle of the steak sauce a couple of days ago, but haven't tried it yet. There's a couple of nice rib-eyes waiting patiently in our freezer for the debut (fingers crossed).

I have tried the steaksauce, ketchup and BBQ sauce. All very good. I got steaksauce and ketchup at GNC and BBQ at kroger. I find that Albertsons, Kroger and GNC all carry some atkins products and low carb.
It's all on the pricy side.
I read in newsweek article that they were telling people to invest in Low carb companies as that is the new trend. I guess this is why this stuff is kind of pricy

BBQ sauce is good once it has been cooked-I didn't like dipping things in it that's for sure.

Steak sauce is gross

I like Keto ketchup the best-Tastes really good.

I use Steel's bbq sauce. I get it from the netrition site. I have tried several others and wasn't real impressed. Good luck.

i have one from Walden Farms I got from my nutrition store it was $3.99. It claims to have 0 carbs it is calorie free too so that may be true. I haven't tried it yet but I'm just going to unscrew the top to give it a lil taste

It's pretty goo not too sweet. This is the honey bbq flavor I should have gotten the spicy one though since this seems to need a lil kick

try mixing mustard, lots of hot sauce, garlic, and a tiny bit of full fat mayo, and any other seasonings you want

I tried the Atkins but just couldn't handle it...ugh! I guess there are people out there that like it though.

I've tried the Atkins, Steele's, and Walden Farm brands so far and have been sorely disappointed. I don't know what I expected, but I had certainly hoped for a better-tasting sauce. Maybe, as one of the other posts suggested, it would be better to try to add some ingredients to see if we can concoct one ourselves.

Please, contact me if someone comes up with a better recipe for bbq sauce. The sauces I have tried up until now have completely taken away my desire for grilled ribs (maybe this is a good thing?????)
