Default Hey Jake!

I was thinking about you all day yesterday!

When I am super hungry, I don't want to cook anything either. I just want to eat something with no prep!

Here is my compromise. A George Forman grill. You can slap a frozen hamburger patty on there and have something to eat in 5 min. Or a frozen chicken breast takes about 10 minutes.

I know the feeling of wanting to throw the chicken and hamburger patties right out the window too! It gets boring after a while, and even the smell of them cooking can get yukky sometimes.

I just try to come up with new sauces to put over those things, and they can at least taste totally different.

Yesterday I cooked a chicken breast on the grill, and mixed a dollop of sour cream with a tablespoon of salsa to put on top. It was great!

Wanted to share it with you (if you are okay with eating the salsa... I found one that is 1 carb per tablespoon). You could also try mixing different spices in the sour cream for different tastes. I tried curry the other day and it wasn't too bad!

HTH!
