Greetings, "Wunda"!

There's a very useful and ongoing/longstanding sticky thread in the UK Forum, called LC Language Differences <-- chock full of cross-the-Atlantic differences, online foodie references and converters. Very useful to cross link here, I think.

How goes it with the Beining? I'm going to be looking into that, having been hit with a double whammy in the last year and having deranged hormones to the max now. Don't know whether to or most of the time...

Hi ya Judi!

What a great link. Thank you.

Things are great in 'beinerland. It was a natural transition for me since all I really had to do was increase carbs. If unbalanced hormones are an issue for you, that's your plan, dear Judi. Come visit us! Quite a few people on the SP forum are dealing with the exact same issues.

Thanks!
In my fitday, some foods only show up in cups.. like sour cream, and I never knew how much of a cup a teaspoon or tablespoon was...I think I entered .125, because I was too lazy to figure it out myself, boy was I off.
