Default Heealp! Which supplement for beginner?

Hi all,

well, I'm a bit flummoxed . I'm very new to this supplement game, and fairly new to low carbing in the scheme of things. I've been reading about all sorts of supplements and the info is all very interesting, but it seems to me that if I took all the ones that are meant to be good for me I could cut out all food and live off pills cause I'd be taking so many, and it would cost me a bomb.

So, which are the best supplements to use as a beginner, just starting to work out, and really wanting to kick start the fat metabolism thang??

TrainerDan, Nat, anyone???

Cheers,

Hi Zeb,
I notice you are doing Atkins. The Atkins site, http://www.atkinscenter.com has a lot of info too. Personally I take the 3 Atkins brand supplements; Basic #3 vitamins, Essential Olis, and Dieters Advantage.
Good luck to you on your new way of eating
Sandy
